Shiki Yuzen Tea Set

I purchased this as a present for my partner and I thought there was going to be a problem as I live in the UK and she lives in WA. I emailed the Berry Tea Shop who came back to me very promptly and were ever so kind. They let me exchange an infuser as one was out of stock.
They sorted everything out for me and it turned up perfectly on time by making sure it was on express post to get there for her Birthday.
Thank you very much for helping me out, she absolutely loves it. Will definitely be purchasing more tea here as she loves the spiced one :)
