Enjoy:  Afternoon, evening, before bed or whenever you're feeling a bit stressed.

Brewing:  Pour water just off the boil over one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup.  Infuse 3-5 mins.  Serve as is or with a drizzle of honey.

Beautiful Chamomile

Decided to switch to something less caffeinated for my after dinner/ evening tea. This chamomile is simply beautiful. It's full of tiny yellow buds and none of the "chaff" I've got with other chamomile teas. The scent that wafts up as you pour in the hot water is divine. Will definitely reorder.

Restful Sleep

This tea is amazing. We have a cup ever evening and have the most restful sleep. We add some organic honey sip it slowly and enjoy the flavour. I have bought it for my friends and family too and they love it. Love the Berry Tea Shop!
