A single estate Sencha grown and crafted by one of Japan’s most renowned tea estates, in Japan’s first tea producing region, Uji. Shimmering emerald green leaves produce a deep, rich tea with an intense flavour and a captivating creamy texture. Uplifting and rich in antioxidants.

Enjoy:  All day, with meals

Brewing:  Pour water at 70 degrees (1/3 cold to 2/3 boiling) into a pot and add one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup.  Infuse 1-2 mins.  Enjoy as is.
