At The Berry Tea Shop, your tea experience begins when you place your order. Whether treating yourself or sending a gift, we have flexible shipping options to suit your needs.

We ship all our orders via Australia Post. 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you immediately.

CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATES 

The following dates are based on the shipping cutoff timelines provided directly by Australia Post. Due to the overwhelming volume of parcels Australia Post is receiving and the current delivery times being experienced, we recommend that you do not wait until the shipping cutoff dates to guarantee delivery before Christmas. 

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date.  You will be provided with tracking details and should contact Australia Post if there is any delay or issues.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

Currently, we ship within Australia only.  However, we may be able to arrange overseas postage. Please email us with a request at orders@theberryteashop.com.au, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please include the items you are interested in purchasing and your location (country, city, postcode) so we can provide accurate shipping pricing and estimated delivery timeframes.

Express Post: Need it faster? Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days (processing times not included).
