A rare and exquisite oolong from Anxi county in China’s Fujian province. We have selected a delightful jade green leaf that embodies freshness and vitality and produces a light, amber infusion. This tea has a sweet, floral fragrance with a creamy texture and notes of osmanthus blossom, honey and plums.
Enjoy: All day, especially good after a meal. Works beautifully as a cold-brewed tea on a hot day.
Brewing: Pour water at 80-90 degrees (1/3 cold to 2/3 boiling) into a pot and add one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup. Infuse 2-3 mins. Serve as is. Able to withstand up to 3 infusions.
