A floral twist on the classic cocktail, with South Coast Distillery gin and Jasmine Green tea.
Ingredients

45 ml South Coast Distillery ‘Limited Release’ London Dry Gin
- 15 ml The Berry Tea Shop ‘No 41 Jasmine Green Tea’ (see method for brewing instructions)
- 2 x Fresh thyme sprigs
- Cocktail glass (martini style)
- Jigger/Measure
- Hawthorne Strainer
- Stirrer
- Mixing Glass
- Large jug

Teapot with Infuser or Jug and Tea Strainer
- Ice (normal ice is fine)

Directions
24 HOURS BEFORE - Cold Brew the Tea
- Add 1 teaspoon of tea per 100 ml cold water (100 ml makes approx. 5 drinks)
- Infuse in the fridge overnight
- Strain into a jug or teapot
- Put your chosen cocktail glass into the freezer
To make the cocktail:
- Add Gin, Tea & 1 x sprig of Thyme to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir until chilled
- Take out cocktail glass from freezer
- Single strain contents from mixing glass into chilled cocktail glass, ensuring no ice or ‘bits’ fall into the glass
- Garnish with 1 x sprig of Thyme
- Enjoy!
