Beautiful product and SO well packaged
The tea pot is absolutely gorgeous and I'm loving using it, but it's actually the packaging that I was impressed enough to be writing this review for. The gate to our property was closed, but instead of taking the parcel to the nearest post office, the postman had thrown the entire box (labelled FRAGILE very clearly) over the 6 foot gate onto our concrete driveway. I was so upset when I saw the crumpled box there when I got home, but upon opening it, found that ample foam beads and a second box inside had protected the beautiful tea pot from Australia post. So, thank you so much berry tea shop! Your staff are doing a wonderful job at pouring love and care into the parcels they send out ❤️
