So glad I can have a nice cuppa in the evening now

I'm so glad I can have a nice cuppa in the evening now without worrying about the caffeine. The instructions recommend steeping for 5-10 minutes and I have found that steeping for 10 minutes is best, the tea has a very light flavour.
