NO. 47 AUSTRALIAN ROASTED GREEN

This lightly roasted pure green tea is grown in the Kiewa Valley, Victoria, Australia.  It has a woody, nutty taste and is a warming and comforting tea with mild astringency.

Enjoy:  All day, with Japanese food.

Brewing:  Pour water at 70 degrees (1/3 cold to 2/3 boiling) into a pot and add one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup.  Infuse 1-2 mins.  Enjoy as is.
